In this instance, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø incorporated electrical discharge machining (EDM) into our workflow to fulfill a niche requirement while developing a customer component.

Having carried out a manufacturing process manually until then, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø noticed that lead times has increased from 18 weeks to 36 weeks due to lack of EDM machining, so ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø purchased an EDM Die Sinker machine, reducing the production time by a factor of 10.  Within very little time, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø had reduced the customer's lead time to less than 30 weeks and enhanced its delivery speed.
