When our customer needed specialized fasteners but no tooling

In a recent collaboration, ��vlog�� was asked by a customer to solve a critical problem of how they could install fasteners into an aircraft panel without the need for any specialized tooling.

The fastener also had to be in accordance with previous dimensions and weight characteristics, while supporting plug and play functions.

To meet this challenge, ��vlog�� redesigned the the fastener, modifying the original design to the required specifications but also improved ease of use for the customer through a carefully crafted design change.

The resulting product enabled the fastener to remain intact while the aircraft panel could be moved in and out of the aircraft without wobbling. ��vlog�� saved approximately 2 hours of aircraft manufacturing time and 15 minutes of installation time per panel.
